Southwest Bluff Adventure
This adventure takes kids on a fun and educational exploratory tour of Providenciales. We visit the historical plantation ruins of Cheshire Hall, where kids learn about the history of the Turks and Caicos Islands and about our native plants. We then travel to the Southwest point of the island, where we hike the remote pirate caves and see the rock etchings from pirate ships of the 1600’s. We also stop by Frenchman’s Creek Nature Reserve along the way to learn about cotton, mangroves, and the unique flora and fauna of the area. We end our eco-adventure with a swim in the pristine shallow waters of this unspoilt area, and brave it up for a cliff jump off the bluff.
North & Middle Caicos
A full day adventure beginning with a boat ride over to North Caicos. Once here, we stop to see flamingoes, snorkel untouched reefs, explore the limestone caves on Middle, visit famed Mudjin Harbour, tour historical plantation ruins and experience the real culture and beauty of TCI. We visit one or 2 local farms for fresh food. An awesome ‘kids-only’ adventure or perfect for the entire family! Add a bike for part of the tour.
West Caicos Tour
Boat over to West Caicos in search of starfish, eagle rays and ospreys. Snorkel amazing coral reefs along the way as you circumnavigate the Island. Finish off the day with a cliff jump in the sea from a limestone rock face. Picnic lunch.
The Aqua Adventure
This 3-4 hour boat excursion explores the land and water of Turks & Caicos. We tour the Princess Alexandra Nature Reserve and visit the indigenous Rock Iguanas. We study the coastal ecology of the area, looking for wildlife, birdlife and shells. Two or more snorkeling sites are also visited where we practice our snorkeling skills and learn about the beautiful marine life of TCI. Final stop is historical Fort George in seek of buried treasure.
Iguana Island Hop
Take a 5 minute boat ride to Little Water Cay to visit the indigenous Rock Iguana, home to over 10, 000 iguanas! Once there we take an educational boardwalk tour through the small island and a ride back through Princess Alexandra Nature Reserve. How many iguanas can you count?
